Teach Lunch & Learns!

Overview:
FentanylSolution.org is seeking volunteer trainers to lead our corporate Lunch & Learn program. This program educates employees on the dangers of the illicit fentanyl crisis and provides training on how to properly administer naloxone in case of an opioid overdose emergency. Our trainers will receive training from FentanylSolution.org, including naloxone training, to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively deliver the program. This is a volunteer position that requires the use of a reliable personal vehicle to travel to and from corporate locations during business hours in Orange County.

Responsibilities:

Conduct corporate Lunch & Learn sessions on the dangers of the illicit fentanyl crisis and how to properly administer naloxone.
Deliver training in a professional and engaging manner, tailored to the specific needs of each corporate group.
Collaborate with FentanylSolution.org staff to ensure training materials are up-to-date and effective.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with corporate contacts and participants.
Submit program feedback and reports to FentanylSolution.org staff in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must be comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Must possess a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Prior experience in education or training is preferred, but not required.
Willingness to complete required training, including naloxone training, prior to conducting Lunch & Learn sessions.
