Janice M. CelestePresident EmeritusJanice M. Celeste has an impressive career advocating for children and families. Her passion for helping needy families began when she worked as an early childhood specialist and parent educator at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. During this time, she helped families struggling with addiction to ensure their children met their developmental milestones. This early position launched her career as an advocate for children and their families. As the former President and CEO of FentanylSolution.org, her commitment to ending the fentanyl epidemic stands out as a cause she is particularly passionate about championing.Annette M. MalinowskiHonorary Board MemberAnnette Malinowski is a B.A. Business Management graduate from CSUF with experience in entrepreneurship, sales, and community leadership. She served as Board Member and Ambassador Chair at the Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce for 7 years as well as Chamber Member and Ambassador at Newport Beach/Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce for 10 years. Additionally, she served on the Boys & Girls Club of Central OC’s Gala Fundraiser Committee. Annette is currently the Member Services Director for The Chamber of Newport Beach, and has over 13 years of experience in business and digital marketing consulting, as well as 19 years of experience in Hospitality Technology Sales and Project Management.Amy Neville NevilleHonorary Board MemberAmy Neville is a yoga and fitness instructor, small business owner, and mother of two children from Laguna Niguel. Her first-born son, Alexander, passed away tragically at age fourteen after consuming a fake prescription pill laced with illicit fentanyl, which he had bought via social media. Amy works hard raising awareness about the dangers of fentanyl and other opioids, pursuing legislation at the state level, and actively working with various school districts and PTA organizations to inform parents, students, and the public. She is the President of the Alexander Neville Foundation (ANF), dedicated to preventing other families from experiencing the pain and loss she has endured.
